1. PDP Products On-Line accepts orders on a Pre-Paid basis only, (Payment can include check, money order, or valid MasterCard, Visa or Discover)
   Purchase Orders are accepted in writing! Purchase Orders may be mailed to the address listed below or faxed Toll Free to 877-259-5906 or 651-439-0421. Purchase orders must be signed and must include a contact phone number.
   
   
2. Payment: Make checks payable to PDP Products. MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted-make sure all 13 or 16 digits of the account number are included (without dashes) and clearly printed on the form along with the card's expiration date and holder's signature.
   
   
3. Minimum order requirements:
   $50.00 for Purchase Orders
   
   
4. Shipping: For domestic orders shipped via UPS Ground or Standard Mail:
   Orders < $75.00 - $8.00 S/H
   Orders from $75.01 to $150.00 - 10% + $2.50 handling
   Orders from $150.01 to $250.00 - 10% + $5.00 handling
   Orders from $250.01 to $500.00 - 10% + $7.50 handling
   Orders above $500.01 - 10%
   International orders and orders to Alaska and Hawaii:
   All orders will be the cost of Actual freight plus a handling fee of 15% of your total order amount.
   
   
5. Delivery: Orders are shipped via UPS ground or US Mail. We attempt to process and ship all orders within 1-2 BUSINESS days. Orders are processed using the fairest method available: first come first served. If express delivery or service is desired, do not submit your order on-line. Please call in your express orders Toll Free at 877-439-8865 before 2:00pm Central Time, Monday-Friday. Backorders for items less than $10.00 are not filled for credit card orders. Backorders are not given for Purchase Orders due to billing confusion. Backorders are filled ASAP!! for pre-paid orders!!

8. Sales Tax: Minnesota residents must include 7.125% sales tax. If you are located in Minnesota and are Tax Exempt, please include your company name in your order information.
   
   
9. Returns are accepted within 30 days for a full refund as long as the item(s) are in new sellable condition. Exceptions: Due to copyright law, returns or refunds cannot be accepted for any recordings. This includes Video Tapes, Audio Tapes, and Compact Discs. If an item is defective we will gladly exchange for a like item. Exchanges for any other reason cannot be accepted.
   
   
10. Price changes: All prices subject to change without notice.
    
    
11. International orders: All foreign orders must include valid Discover, MasterCard or Visa number so that additional shipping charges can be covered. Contact us for shipping/handling quote. Please indicate preferred shipping: air or surface and carrier.
